Tama Zoological ParkA one-minute walk from Tama-Dobutsukoen Station, Tama Zoological Park became Japan's first outdoor zoo when it opened in 1958. The zoo is divided into four areas each with its own habitat: The African Garden, The Asiatic Garden, the Australian Garden and The Insectarium. The orangutan jungle gym is the largest of its kind in the whole world, reaching up an approximate 150 meters into the air. One of the best attractions is the Lion Bus, where you can experience the thrill of roaming with a pride of lions (additional fee applies).

High schoolers to under 65: 360 yen
3 years old to junior high schoolers and seniors 65+: 100 yen
